Love...and commitment

Its really quite simple! I want a long-term committed relationship.

So many of us do, don't we?

And Monogamy is NOT a type of wood! I like to think I am a romantic.

I tend to believe that you can’t look to fall in love…falling in love is like love sneaking up behind you and whacking you upside the head when you least expect it.

Love is everywhere. And I like to believe that when I discover that as truth, experience it, then I become ready to accept love in my heart. And the person that is right for me will be attracted to me as much as I am he. But I cannot make it happen or seek it out.

And fortunately, I believe I have found it. I seem to have fallen head over heels…. And I can tell from my experience that me trying to make sense of love or explain it, is pointless. It makes no rational sense.

But I think as human beings, it is often in our nature to be seeking out love…

…whether it is in another person, what we do, or even religion.

I believe in love. I have experienced it.
